This is a poem that I made when I was a third year student. Enjoy reading :]
Today, after I woke up with a bit of tease,A bell of attention caught me with peace;
I feel my eardrums breaking while people yell,
Is this still an eternal nightmare or am I going to hell?
I saunter on my world’s outer part not aware of its outcome
I scream but the echo goes on and no one seems to listen;
After attempting for the upshot, my feet convey me to a strange land
The sound of a trumpet hails me as one of their bond
After a strenuous moment, I was called by the populace
They clap for me for a reason that I can’t raze
The king then said “In this kingdom, enemies should listen
For all of us the littlest and the biggest will glisten”
Across the clinging bridge of the north and south
As their warrior I only pray and bow
For the battle I am going through is a bizarre fight
For half of my life is in the hole of death – I should hinder my fright
The battle starts and their combatants fade
The bloody struggle grants me vigor not to have my body laid
After fading, they hopelessly suffer defeat
But we, the battalion of the realm will have our lips beam
It seems like a walk on the narrowest part of my life
And when the rain poured, in flood I survived
After the exhausting moment I appeared to be relaxed
For I know this is a mind-blowing thing I tried
After the downpour, the sun then shines
And its gleaming light flash before my eyes
While looking at the vastness of the sky
I tell myself – I’m lucky I am alive!
